Not a direct swap, 35 and 36 have a different offset. With some proper machine work it would be possible.
Yes but it requires that you determine if you have 35 spindle or 36 spindles they are not the same., a small spacer ring has to be inserted on the 35 snout to use the later hubs. The 36 spindle has the shorter snout so a spacer is not required. If you are also using the 39-up hydraulic brake backing plates they will mate with the later hubs but also require a spacer ring to center the backing plate on either spindle and the mounting holes must be re indexed.
