So I've been trying to find some 5 1/2" flexible duct hose all day..Went to Home Depot thinking that duct work might work but it only comes in 3", 4" and 6" diameters..

    I just need 2 pieces 5 1/2" each for my 1950 Buick... (14" long)

    Any ideas???

    Thank you!

    Try McMaster-Carr #55125K25 or 55125K96 or 5499K254.

  3. I ordered some years back from the auto supply. It was for a 54 chevy. If you have a store with books I bet they can get it. IMHO

forgot to mention, my brother had a car come thru his shop that everytime the owner turned on the defrosters he'd hear a odd noise. turns out the used car lot used a bread bag to connect the def to the heater it would inflate when the def was turned on and go plop.
also you'd get hungry for toast because of the warm bread smell. ha ha
i guess thats doing what ever to get by.
thought that might get a laugh, but true story.
