I have my flathead finished and sitting in the garage, and I want to build a test stand for it. I have been looking at some of the commercialy built stands that are being sold, and it looks like it would be easy to build one.
My question is can I use a modern type radiator with a single inlet and outlet, with y pipes to go into the flathead ? For some reason it seems to simple that way.
    Thanks

Provided that the single tube is large enough to flow the equivalent of the two smaller tubes there should be no issue.
Just remember to have a large volume of air passing through the radiator so it will do its job.
