Flathead points adjusting stand

I am sure these were common at one point in shops and garages,
but probably pretty rare now..
It was a bonus gift from a fellow that I am prepping and painting a car for.

Might get cleaned up and used as desk art.

I was told it is meant to have a powered light bulb in the socket
and it lights up when the points close.
It is for two bolt distributors
