    Practice on glass - I don’t have any imagination so I took pictures of other cars then copied them on my T bucket - only striped my cars never anybody else so I didn’t get in any trouble.

  3. It takes practice, practice and more practice. I was about sixty when I started practicing. I use an old Model A side window. I have still only done one bit on my car, on the dash, where I am the primary viewer. I have pro’s do the serious work, and it is worth every penny. …but I still like to practice a bit. It takes about an hour or so of practice to get some consistency in loading the brush and pulling lines that seem close to even. Just keep at it regularly.

    man, your attitude is a real inspiration! you got a few years on me and stuff like this reminds me i got no excuses to try new things and to always keep busy learning.
