well we went to our first cruisin nite on Grand ave and it was a BIG turnout because the goodguys show is down the road at Delmar and it was Willys nite so I got a bunch of pics Ron... check em out here: http://community.webshots.com/album/562995636erusFm
That's the first time I've seen Willys outnumber deuce roadsters. Thanks for the pics Ron, looks like a good time!
well sorry you dont like willys dude and to you other guys thanks, it was a fun night to see all those cool willys crusin down the street Ron....
How many of them are actual Willys? I'm not slamming anyone. Only so many to go around and it is a classic body, I'm just curious as to how many if any were real.
all the sedans and pickups were real and quite a few of the coupes were real also, but to tell you the truth it didn't matter to me, I like willys. Ron...
Ron, that's a LOT of Willys in one place, whether real or otherwise. Jesus, we get a bunch of knuckleheads sometimes - piss and moan about anything, Dude!!! Hope to see you this summer. I'll have the new '63 on the road then. John
cool John, thanks I'll need something to drive while i'am there Ron.... someone said there we around 50 Willys there
Thanks for the photos... I'm surprised Mike Bamber didn't drag out the old "Silver Dollar Pickup for this. Jeez, I miss Cruisin' Grand... used to be a regular there when I lived in the 'dido...
Yeah Moparron what's the matter with you posting pictures and links to your album of historic gassers, super stockers, kustoms and nostalgia rods on this message board - have you no sense of decency, tact and decorum? However I do agree 100% with PeteMattersen - he is definitely on the wrong message board (dude). Nice one and a great fun evening - the place was packed - thanks for the photos - awesome seeing (and hearing) thirty something Willys cruising side by side. Escondido sure puts on the best cruise night in SoCal, where wheels turn and lawnchairs are for wusses.
