Finding my cars other care givers???

I have a 48 Austin that was raced back in the 60's-90's. How do I go about finding the person that built and owned it. What Im trying to say is how do I trace the title and who owned it???......

Was the car local to your current area?

I'd start with a trip to the strip it ran on 15 years ago, and start asking some of the grey hairs if they remember anything about it.

Got any pictures of it? Old pics from it's hey-days?

 

No the car isnt local its out of Ohio and was built in Newyork
