Who is going to Jefferson? I can't go Saturday or Sunday, but maybe I can on Friday. Is Friday worth it, or is it pretty thin? Maybe see some of you guys there?

My experience with Friday at Jefferson was great. I arrived in the morning and some people were still setting up their swap area. I would say it was just as good as Saturday but without the crowds! You will get first crack at everything, you're in a good position.

The gates do not open until 10am no matter how long the line is to get in.I always find my rusty treasure stuff on fri.On sat i buy all my new stuff on my list.If I couls only go 1 day it would be on fri.

  6. I agree I like friday the best.I vend there also,I don't bother with Sunday at all.Ipack up Sat night. There are a few vendors not in and set up until Sat but I think it's nice with less of the public in there, you can cover more ground quickley.

I never had much luck on Sunday either. The stuff I want is gone and many of the vendors are too.

Looks now, like I might not go. The gates don't open until 10:00 and I have to be back early evening with a 170 mi. drive. Too much running and I'm old.

I bought a nice, rust free, 30/31 Ford coupe door today (friday) for $50.00. Look forward to tomorrow as well.

My best purchase was a Kent's Big Bar.
Bought some car parts but nothing spectacular.
Left home at 5am,got there when the gates opened.
Shopped until 5 then drove the 5 hours home.
Nice easy 10 hour road trip.
Snacked on coffee beans to stay alert...now too wired to sleep...lol
