Got my fairlane runing a few weeks ago. drives strong. runs great. few issues are bothering me. seems to be burning oil........not sure why.... checked spark plugs, 6 0f 8 are oily. some oilier than others. also, oil seems to be dripping from 1 of the exhaust manifold bolt. seems strange. changed pcv valve. haven't noticed any change. also, when I get spirited on the foot feed it falls on her face till i get out of it and feather it. I changed the accelerator diaphragm, no change. any thoughts? I've got a rebuild 260 v8 factory spec save for an rv type cam. i did add power brakes. any thoughts are welcome. Anyone know where I can get some non lowering leaf sprigs for a 1963 ford fairlane 500 sedan?
