Any one know where I can get some of the tar like coated fabric wire loom?

 

NAPA sells it.

 

CarQuest and O'Reilly's should have it too.

I've been getting it from O'Reilly's, search their web sight for fabric loom, shows all the sizes, and you can also see which stores have the various sizes in stock.
