F3 8lug to 5 lug?

Any one know how to convert an F3 8 lug front axle to 5 lug. I don't know if the spindles are the same as car or 1/2 ton? Thanks for any info, Tomcat1

 

We did it with a camaro clip.

 

When I had my F250, I had planned on a 9 inch in the back and F100 spindles up front. The bearings, races, and seals looked up as the same numbers so I was hoping that I could just interchange the drums and swap the backing plates and brakes over.

This was however only a theory, and I sold the truck before I was able to research it more. You could also look into the kingpins and see if the ODs are the same to swap the complete F100 spindle over.
