  1. Here is my one.
It has been made into a roadster.
    That makes it pretty rare.

This one belongs to Robbie Draughton. He had it for sale but if I am not mistaken he did this job himself. He races a super stock now. You may be able to see him around the Carolinas.

they made the real thing in Australia converts but I still do not like them in converts too English.

  4. They never made a roadster though.
Oz/Pom ones were 4 seater converts.

My number one, all time favorite drag cars! I was about 11 or 12 years old when I first saw these cars in old Hot Rod mags. Been in love with them ever since. Keep them coming.

Rick Shepard's from Vic Young's thread about what car inspired you. This one has inspired me, and him, for a long time.

Here are a couple that were raced by Chuck and Shari Young. RIP Chuck. The ute went to stay with Carlos and Mary Cedena.

  13. I had this 1952 Anglia back in early 1990's. It had a 2 L cortina motor and front end. I sold it about '91 or '92 to an american serviceman stationed at the base at Christchurch airport, so I think it ended up in the USA.

Some years back (?) I saw an Anglia at a show in Ga that looked a little wide. He added about 6" right down the middle of it. Looked good. Maybe a pic will show up.

Great pics. I keep seeing new ones to me.

Ever wonder what the Anglia-to-Willys ratio (Anglia/Willys) is?

    My personal ratio is 2:1.

Still looking I may be looking in the wrong place, the car could be sitting somewhere and the guy doesn't go on HAMB (I don't know why not) but I'm looking everywhere. The Cali and McCarthy car is the last the car looked and it's for sale so I'm guessing the sold it like this.

I'm too old for that car now, but I would have liked to have had one in my ute.
