    i know theres lots of barris bashers around here, so lets not make it a cool or not debate. id love to see more pics of this roadster, its hard to find pics on the net, only the same 5 or 6 always come up. thanx fellas

    thanx. ya, the current owner need to ditch those indy car lookin wheels/tires....:confused:

    i dunno, ive always thought it was the original. at least thats what ive gathered....

    That's not a copy. Blacky Gegeion (sp) is the current custodian (and has been for a long time). In fact I believe that's him perched on the rear tire.
    I lusted after that car when it won the AMBR and it was one of my favorites for a long time. It's an icon if there ever was one.
    However the current wheels and tires have to go. The origional chrome steelies and Ford caps are the only ones that look right.

    cool, thats what i thought. if thats not him then that guy better know him! hahaa. ive never been a fan of 28-29 model As, but this car and bob merkt(sp?)SRs car are swaying me a bit. if the cowl seam is filled and smoothed i really like em..... and i like most crazy 60s show car grills(silver saphire, old lil coffin, ala kart, ect)
