El Mirage meet cancelled

The November meet has been cancelled due to a wet lake bed. Wayno

 

Mother Nature almost always wins these sorts of arguments.....

The SCTA website says this past weekend was cancelled, but next event is 13-14 Nov... http://www.scta-bni.org/ Please update if new info is available as I was headed out there to camp and watch the action.. Thanks, duane

looks like you guys are getting hit with a lot of rain.

 

The fat lady sang! All dressed up and nowhere to run. Long wait until May. See y'all at the SCTA awards dinner.

 

The scooter trials are still scheduled. Maybe somewhere else. Get that Cushman out and run it.

 

Course prep takes place a week before each event. That was posted over a week ago. As of a few hours ago they hadn't posted the cancellation. Is it too early to start a May El Mirage thread?

No. The SCTA runs El Mirage May (2 day meet), June, July, Sept., Oct. and Nov. (2day meet). there is no August meet as we're all at Bonneville for SpeedWeek.
