Good to see you Bob, sorry we didn't get to chat much.

  4. It was getting time to eat,sat night, and Tall Paul and his father-n-law had one bun and two patties! So,we had to get some food! Paul and I jumped in my truck and drove to the market down the road. As we are rolling down the street,I see a 32 Roadster. As it gets closer,I see a 32c on the side. I know I'd seen it before but couldn't remember who's it was.
We hit the market for some buns and patties(cookies and an icecream),then head back. As we are going toward the track, there it is...the Roadster with someone shooting it. As we get closer,I realize it's Faith,of "Duece of Spades" fame! We get out and she asks me to move it over so she can shoot it too! COOL!!!
    Here's a few pic's I shot...

Cool shots Bob, and everyone else! I just posted a few of mine on Buick59's post.

Bob, thanks for introducing yourself in the pits. The one trait I inherited from my dad that I am not proud of is introvertedness, is that a word(?), so I appreciate it man. See ya around.

If you back up to post #23 here and look at a nice Chevy stake bed truck. I believe that inside the aluminum tool box in the bed you will find a twin turbo EFI BB Chevy. The under bed boxes contain the intercoolerd on a very high tech unit. Kind of a sleeper I would say.

  21. Bob! Didn't get to hang around long, but want ya to know I appreciated your hospitality! Signed your banner and hope to run into ya again! Crow.

Rich, you're real close. 509" big block, twin turbo, intercooled, BUT it's on propane not efi. 750 hp @ 3lbs. boost. It's my customer Ed Timmons truck. He drives it to the lakebed (he's even raced it there & the salt) and lets me give the kid a bit of a shove.....

I saw that thing at WoS (I think) a few years ago. I believe it was it's first time to make a pass. Thought it was a pretty nice truck before he raised the dump bed. Then I was pretty much blown away. Unreal.

  26. Awesome coverage, Bob! As usual...
Makes me wanna go there one day...
