#1 8cylinder unit control box in good shape, nice tag, has the factory brackets, lid screws missing but hardware store items to replace. Inside looks good too but untested....the extenal coil is cracked which is common but not a real difficult part to find or it could be replaced with a standard style coil of the proper rating. These control boxes are very hard to find.....use as parts restore or convert Mini Mag Distributor to modern magnetic breakerless and dummy wire the box for a more convicing setup. $90 shipped #2 As above but in the original Mallory box, this lid is fastened and includes the standard case brackets along with a secondary 90 degree mounting bracket. Coil case is sadly cracked too and it appears it this control box was at least mocked up. Both are from the same SS drag car but this was a back up unit and most likely had limited use.
