E/T wheels questions

If anyone remembers E/T wheels they had a unilug bolt pattern with a special slot washer that allowed two bolt patterns, I'm looking at a set of them with 4 lugs, does anyone remember what the two patterns would have been? I'm talking about the E/T slot mags, they look like these

 

Probably 4 1/4" and 4 1/2".

 

The most likely would be 4x4 (vega) and 4x 4 1/4 (pinto)

 

Pinto is 4 1/2".
