    Inland Empire in Corona may be worth the drive.

    Cut to new length,
    Grind off of rear cup, 1/2 of weld width, (only to thickness of tube wall), dress w/flat file, a slight taper.
    Align & drive cup into squared tube end.
    Tack at (3) 120° intervals,
    Weld all around.

    They're in Ontario also but Corona is probably closer to OC
