Thank you guys. Now I'm gonna see what I'm getting myself into here, I have to combine like 4 different roofs here plus cutting around rusty spots :/

I have decided to take 6" out of the rear window as well. I was thinking about taking less in relation to the others, but when I look at it from behind, the space under it matches what is above. If that makes sense..??

Looks like you've got your work cut out with that roof(excuse the pun)!
But,going by the rest of your work I'm sure you won't have a problem.
    Great stuff!

I think you're right on with the rear window. Looks nicely balanced.

Paul, The proportions of the rear window cut down 6'' look spot-on,as you equal proportions above and below! That is gonna be so DAMN right that it makes me sick with envy!!!!!:D:D:D:D;)

Dreddybear, just saw this thread and had to tell you how much I like what you're doing. This should be a very good coupe when you're done. Nice craftsmanship. No Prowler!

Aww dammit. Now I feel terrible.

I'm sorry I was mean to you and your car. It's way cooler looking than a prowler, and could easily pull 5 times as many chicks:D

Been playing with the jigsaw puzzle of a roof. I'm not quite sure how I'm gonna finish these front pieces. I mocked them up. I'm pretty sure I want to run the visor a little shallower than stock, kinda like shown..

No, it'll get an insert. I still am all over the place with it. Either sliding ragtop or white tuck n roll, or stock, or something really cool I havent thought of yet..

  21. Paul, I am working on getting rid of the "beak" above the visor as well. Got some ideas for mine brewing.

Nice pink chair! You going to chop it and put it in the car too? Looking good paul...maybe I should move my car out of the shop and it would move faster!

Paul, The visor looks just right set shallow like that, with that 6'' chop its gonna do a lot to help you see those stop lights! The slimmer header-rail must help too, shit anybody would think you planned it like that all along!:D:D:D;)

P.S. I wish you wouldn't show us these pictures of the 6'' chop t makes me want to chop mine that much!:D
