I really hate to hear that, Bob was a great photographer and his photos are a wealth of the history of our sport. RIP Bob, I am glad I had the honor of meeting you. Thanks for the memories.

I hope whom ever has his photos will continue to make them available to those of us who remember.

Beebe Bros & Sixt. 1967 Version with rear end moved back and a fresh MAG body from Hanna.

I think this is a Forest Bond Photo? Not sure...

Check the mag....I think it is a Frankenstein...forerunner to the Cirrillo that we all ran. Actually I think this was also made or modified by Cirrillo in his early days before we just had to have a "Cirrillo" mag.:)

I hate to hear that about Plum. I was wondering why I hadn't heard much out of him for a while. He was a great guy, and loved to share his great drag racing photo collection. You'll be missed Plum.

I think he was, although sometimes John had others drive for him...(Lucky Harris, for example)...I think the Rader Wheels car was the one that Nando Haas dumped at Bakersfield.

How much caster in the front axle ?
Unless it's an illusion, it appears it's almost laid flat and the tie rod arm on the spindle is pointing straight down.
I really wish I could see this car when completed. Real bad.

    Ivo's four-engined "Showboat"
The tall guy is Ron Pellegrini who drove the car for three years. He was so tall he had to drive without shoes.

Hey Tom, it's got just about 45 degrees in it! Lots! That's the way I have it in the JIG right now and all the brackets line up perfectly...

It will be a bitch to steer but I'm not changing it...

Man, where did you get the chute? That must have been a 20' foot ring slot ala Ivo's Showboat or an Arfon creation.

  26. Dean's packing a weeks worth of laundry would be my guess.

tad 626, That dragster is the 1320 Engineering B/D from the Turban`s Club of Newton Ma. Not the Nomad`s club.
