Does anyone know this car?

Hi.

A friend of mine has just imported a '64 Galaxie from California to Sweden. We would like to know if anyone over there knows anything about it. It's a bit customized, with flaked roof, shaved door handles, air ride in the rear, etc.

It's 9 AM over here (central daylight time) right now. Might have to repost this later on in the evening to get some action. Not many U.S. guys on right now.

 

Think it was in the HAMB Classifieds a couple years ago. I thought it was from Nor-Cal

 

Thanks for the replies. Both the owner and I have tried to find pictures of when it still was in California, but with no luck. Would be great if anyone here had any, and more info about the car would be appreciated as well of course.

 

Yeah, seems like it was maybe black with a gold top at one time, was in the classifieds off and on for a while?
