Well it's going to need a new frame or a lot of work on that one. Depends on how bad someone wants to build a 37 Ford Bobber truck as if it sells or not. that frame looks like the one that was under a 51 Chevy truck I bought about 30 years ago that had hauled sacks of fertilizer in the last 20 years of it's life as it's only task.
