Disc brakes on 41-48 ford spindles

I am wanting to go to disc brakes on my 41 coupe and I have been told to use 49-53 Chevy spindles. Is there a reasonable way to use the Ford spindles and hubs as I am wanting to keep the 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern ?

 

Speedway Motors is your friend. 5 on 5 1/2, no problem.
