Technical Dimpled Cad covers??????

Trying to find someone out there who has the ability to dimple a set of early Cad covers for me, or info on who might be able to do so?!?! ......I'm also in the market for a set if anybody has a pair they are not using!!

I assume you want it done pretty soon correct? I need to do it to mine, but am a ways away from needing to do it, so I haven't put too much thought in how I was going to do it. I could put my thinking cap on though.
