Difficulty with installing portawall white walls

    All the time . Just don't put them on oversize tires and undersized rims.
    Follow the guidelines properly installed and they will last a long time at any speed.
    Had a set on 235 x 75 x 15 on 6" rims they had a fairly high mortality rate , biggish tires on narrow rim = side wall bulge = unhappy , porta wall.
    They won't last forever , but they are as cheap as chips.

    Had a pair go 85+ on the front of a '50 Chev. way back when. The Port-A-Walls outlasted the engine.

    Portawalls sucked back in the late 50's when I tried them as a young and dumb kid. They still do.

    Pep Boys would sell them for 99 cents each every once in a while in the fifties. Ran them on at least four or five cars without any issues.
