Technical Difference in Visors?

I recently purchased a 30-31 Model A Visor off Ebay. It was a used piece and the guy didn't know anything about it. .. but to me it looks like one made by Howels Sheet Metal Co in Texas. Is there anybody who would know the difference between this one and an original one? Are they an exact replica? If not what are the differences? and does anyone make an exact replica of a 30-31? Any light on the situation is greatly appreciated!
