Like the title says did they make a volt gauge with the square block logo to match the original 50’s gauges?
The minute I posted the question, I thought to myself, I should have just PMed Moriarity. Now off to find one.
I have a couple , came on a duel engine boat dash I have . Not all colourful like Moriarity but still stewart Warner if your interested .
The ones pictured above are colorful & do have the S/W block. These gauges were essentially a 1960's/1970's thing. Are you maybe thinking of the large block gauges made from 1955-57? If so, S/W did not make a volts gauge in that run, nor did they make a volts gauge in the larger (2-5/8") units.
I know not all guys like buying the New stuff from Steward Warner, but they have a really good looking volt gauge as part of their Wings series. Good reviews too for quality and accuracy. https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Stewart-Warner-82482-Wings-Voltmeter-Gauge-Black,37793.html ~Peter
