well I got half a sheet of 14ga sheet I was gonna have bent up for a homebuilt T bed (saw one at hunnert that looked ok with a stock T gate on the back...the grey truck with the bunny on the sides) and I was wondering how tall the sides are on a stock T bed (or more importantly the dimensions of the tailgate of a stock bed so I can get that to fit)

got almost a 4' square hunk so was gonna have a 48" long bed [IMG] but didn't know how tall to nake it. getting it bent for free so thats cool. was just gonna have a 2" lip on the bottom to attach to framework and a 3" lip on the top at a 45degree angle that some 1" tube would get welded along for form a nice edge.

    Nick

PS anyone got a cheap truck/roadster/touring body or parts?

    here you go.
the width between the vertical sides is 41"
the height between the red lines is 15"
my bed is a '25 T, dunno how long it was, i cut it down a bit.
