Technical Crower Camshaft Identification Help Requested

Anybody have a Crower catolog showing a cam labled as either D2427 or 290FB.

Think its for a Pontiac -possibly a Ford.

I have a cam with R31 stamped on it with no clue...It's lift is .321" and it's a GMC 270-302 cast iron..any body got a idea who used a letter/number like it? Thanks
