Here's a picture of my buddy's old skool coupe and a supply of just some of his Halibrand Sprints and
Mickey Thompson 5 spoke magnesium wheels. He started collecting them back in 1970. Fun to see!
    Enjoy.... powers 1.jpg powers 3.jpg powers 3.jpg

  9. He needs to buy more "old skool" Hot Rods to outfit them with the stash of wheels he has.
    Good for him, nice collection.

Unfortunately not..he is a self-made millionaire through hard work, and started his love affair with Halibrands back in 1966 when he acquired his first set of hand polished Sprints. What is in the picture is just a small portion of his collection. Makes me drool each time I see them. And he is a very unassuming guy, which makes him
even better to know. Take care.

similar "collections" of many different parts are the pride and joy for the owners - while, as stated, we can not find those parts on the open market - but, to some degree most everyone has special stuff socked away - some are even hoarding their collection of cash rather than spending it
