Jason, the 62 above is Everett Branscome from NJ in "Old Smuggler". This picture is probably from the 64 Nats with the #404. Do you know who owns the picture or who took it?

Above most of you probably know but the "The Stinger" a few posts up is the earlier version of "Apricot Brandy" an extremely successful car for a number of years.

 

That is a tough call right there! Better just switch them out every other week.

Am I seeing a chrome axle?

 

My older brother and Larry went to high school together. Heard some great stories when they
would come home after sneaking a 6 pack and I was supposed to be asleep. I remember when
they re-did a '55 Chev. over the weekend, putting in a 4 speed, 301" sbc and 4.11 rearend, in 1961.
He is still well in Phoenix and we still know many of the same people.

Someone’s got this changed to a tree in Az...some wild 70’s paint going on..

 

This one made me chuckle.
Does that guy think that little chain is going to stop someone from stealing the car?!?

That paint looks more 80's to me with the pastel colors and all. Maybe it was used in an episode of Miami Vice?

 

I'd be more worried about someone stealing the tree... Lol!

 

I threw the hardtop on mine earlier this week. I had it out Christmas shopping. I put about a hundred miles on it. I started vacation Wednesday and don’t go back to work until the 4th.

I should get more chances to drive it. After I put the top on it got up to 63 and sunny the next 2 days after that.
