will a 13wide by 26 tall 2 core radiator with an electric pull fan cool a 350 sbc with a 140 degree thermostat?

  3. The answer is: maybe. In a 'T', probably. Too many variables to guess at.
    Now for more questions:
WHY on earth would you want an internal combustion engine to run at 140 degrees (I assume farenheit)??
Optimal water temperature for a petrol engine is 195-210º F. At 140º you'll wash the pistons with unburnt fuel, give up at least 20 horsepower due to a lack of efficiency, and drive yourself loony worrying about it getting hot, when it's no where NEAR hot.
Hot is boiling over, NOT boiling. In a pressure system, like you should be running, hot can be nearly 260º. If you REALLY want to get a handle on what's really a problem, get the oil temperature, that's much more critical. around 250º is good, nearer 300º and you've got worries.

P.S. Put a 160º thermostat in your wife's car and see how quickly it starts to run like shit.
