Cooling Guru's help needed

I am working on a 305 4bbl in a 33 chassis, heavy channel, running a 32 shell. So far my radiator core measures 13" high by 17" wide. think this will cool the 305?

I believe your right on the border line of working or not. I'd try it myself, as long as I have a killer shroud-to-fan set up. I assume your not going to have a hood, so that helps in the situation.

 

Is there some sort of a formula for determining radiator size? Seems like there would be. Anyone have any insights?

Gonna talk to the radiator guy tommorrow. The motor is mild so that should help no hood at least a 4 row core. That's hopefully enough.
