    Pre TV coverage NHRA made more of these movies of the Nationals. I know around '68 or '69 I watched a couple from the mid '60s. Don't know if they're available anywhere but if NHRA has them in their archives they oughta make them available on DVD.

    O.K. I finally got to see them! BAD ASS!!! amazing stuff! So between my dial-up, and non-computer savynes, can I record those on a disc? I have a dvd/rw burner on my computer, it the computer is 3 weeks old so I am not up to "snuff" on everything yet ! I have never even burned a cd/dvd before. Do I save it to my computer first from you tube or do I just burn it from the site??? I want all 3 videos on one disc to watch on my big screen...Thanks for ANY help...Ken

    Loved it, Thanks. The Turner Turnpike scene at the end is from just down the road from here. Been updated a little since then though.

    I am 51 years old and remember when the Turner turnpike looked like that (TX to MO. every summer). GREAT MEMORIES!!!!
