Lets see.
Her car had an electrical fire & was towed home 2 months ago.
She posts about needing a new steering column a few days ago, Ididit I believe.
Column replacement points to shorted wiring under dash.
Maybe she replaced the gauges because of the short.
Car is still in the shop I believe.

So my guess is brand new gauges, car hasn't hit the road yet & odometer reads.............
