Contact info needed on this 34 coupe

Hi guys. I ran across this Model 40 coupe at the 2012 California Hot Rod Reunion and need to talk with the owner/builder about it (could use it in the magazine). Any leads would be much appreciated. Google search revealed it's from Layton, Utah, but nothing else.

 

Hmmm... Photo doesn't want to post. Will try again later. But here's another clue: It's heavily chopped, in bare metal, and has a "Salt City Speed Shop" graphic on the decklid. Flatty powered. Will try to check back here tomorrow. Slammed with work right now.

 

No pic but sounds like Tim Elmers coupe.
