Completely cool but not draggin' the ground.

  1. I came across this old pic in a magazine and couldn't help but notice how sweet it was. But it is also very streetable- notice where the headlights were removed for the trip to the salt. I thought someone might want to look at it for a different but immensely traditional approach. A modern version wouldn't have to have a duece frame but it wouldn't hurt. Notice the home made bed, wire wheels, tonneau ? cover, no windshield, and how bout that helmet. I've got a much larger jpg if you want me to email it. LMK.

  2. Why do you want it draggin' the ground?
    If it was built on the floor like the current trend is to do then it wouldn't have 'the look' would it!

  5. Chop, its funny that you mentioned the axle. You can tell in the higher res. photo that it has a little drop, maybe 2"
    or so. Guess it's for that high speed rake advantage.
