Another Kat on here claimed he has saved upwards of $600 with his alliance membership... also think he had mentioned they screwed up his backspacing on his rims and had to send one back? But $600 is worth a small hassle i guess!

Any company is going to have its fair share of unhappy customers. They make a great product and I won't hesitate to buy from them when I need more tires.

I recently bought some wheels and tires from coker. I wouldn't say the experience was horrible, but it wasn't good. Two of my wheels were a special order and would have to be made, (although the size was listed as a normal). It took much longer than they originally told me and along the way I kept getting bad info. After finally being told the wheels were done the tires (which they had told me they already had 2 weeks prior) were back ordered. Finally in the interest of saving time they said they could ship me the tires direct from back east, but then I would have to mount and ballance my self. I said this was fine thinking I would get a few bucks off the price since it was saving them the mount and ball, as well as an extra shipping. They wanted to charge me extra for shipping?? A couple of conversations later and they said they would take care of it this time....

So it wasn't horrible but the customer service was definitely lacking

The alliance discount really seems to depend on what tire you are getting... I believe they do it on a cost +10% deal... So, if you are ordering a tire with really high margins, you save quite a bit more than 10%...
