clutch linkage for a fed

    Working on my clutch linkage for my FED do you guys prefer hydralic or a mechanical set up. this car has a saginaw 3 speed and a lakewood bell.

    I would think you would want a mechanical linkage. Would be pretty easy since the clutch fork and pedal will be so close to each other. Plus the mechanical will be quicker for speedier shifts.

    I'm going mechanical on my FED when I get that far. We just put a hydraulic setup in the boy's Ranchero and personally, I hate it. Pain to bleed and has no feel to it.
