Christmas present for a lucky station wagon owner

All I want for Christmas is a radical full custon station wagon! Or maybe two or three...

I've been working on a book about station wagons for Cartech. It's shaping up to be a pretty cool group of wagons, covering every niche from crusty beaters to million dollar show cars and most everything in between. The biggest chapters are on customs and drag wagons. Lots of fun and tastey stuff in there (including several HAMB rides), but I'm missing the one thing I envisioned from the start: Some totally whacked out, radical custom wagons! Where's the chopped, channelled, flamed, scalloped, lace panel painted wagons with canted spaceship headlights and angel hair interiors? You know, like the ones I saw at indoor shows in the '60s!

If you own one, or have a buddy with one, please post it here for judgement and I'll pick a few to include in the book. It might be fun to show your grandkids some day...

    Merry Christmas,
    Scotty

No more calls - we have a winner!
No wait - I want something even more radical than this Pontiac! Although I could use that for a different chapter (thanks Rocky - I PM'd you).
    Anything else???

  5. I'm workin' as hard as I can,,but it's not radical or chopped but I'm trying to get it finished on time! HRP

Steve Contreras built a somewhat radical '57 awhile back that may fit the bill. I can't find any good pictures but here may have.

    Canted headlights you said? Check!
    Flames? Check!

I do got some supremes and slick dual stripe tires to show for, but that's about it unfortunatly...

Maybe not Chopped, Channeled, Flaked, or Dropped right now but the vision changes all of the time. Just tossin' it in the mix.
