Chop Top on AD Pickup Corner Windows Question

    On a 48 Chev. 5 window pickup the top has been chopped, what do you do about the corner window replacement.

    buy glass replacements that are laminated and mask off the part you want to keepwith a couple of layers of duct tape (I like to cover most of the glass with cardboard so cleanup is easier) then put in a sandblast cabinet and cut along the edge you taped off. keep the tip moving so as not to heat up the glass too bad. When you are done go to a glass shop and get the edges polished.

    Or you can just use lexan or plexiglass and a heat gun to curve the plastic.

    oh yea...when you get to the laminate in the middle use a razor blade to slice it.
