Making Chicken Salad out of Chicken Shit using Chicken scratch.52 Crosley wagon,223 ford six,3 speed,Chevy truck axle,9 inch,black iron pipe roll bar,68 ford pu pedals and steering column,VW steering box etc etc. Hoping to have at Billetproof. Ted

That's pretty serious looking fabrication! How'd you bend that tubing for the center crossmember?

 

Crossmember is part of a ladder bar kit. Had it hanging on the wall for about 3 years, looked like chicken salad to me. Ted

Update, Front brakes done, Rear end done, Interior sheet metal done, Rad in, Some motor work, Waiting on headers, Had to stop and builld an English wheel just in case theres time for body work before Billetproof. Looking to go for a test drive this weekend. Ted

I hope Dan would have approved, He tought me alot in a short period of time. We were building throphies for Billetproof last week and I told the story of him telling me we were going to cut up a crashed gas tanker with an arc welder. Him and the mouse in his pocket maybe but not me. Anyway he showed me how and we cut it up, still scared the shit out of me. Are you coming to Billetproof? Ted
