Chicago HAMBers, Who owns this car

I think it's either a clone or the restored "Bill VonEsser" VonT. Was built by Bill Von Esser who had a speed shop on the north side of Chicago in the 60's. Saw the car at Indy a couple of years ago but never caught up with the guy. This pic I lifted off of the net on a post about last years "Hunnert Car Pileup".

I would like to talk to the guy about the car, anyone know who owns it??
