Chevy wheel question......?

    I think they did it later also. I bought a Canadian '86 Pontiac Peresienne (sp?) to use the running gear for a project, and all of it was Chevy rearend to engine.

    A nice stock rim that we used here was the early 60s Chevy/Pontiac station wagon rim. 15 x 7 if memory serves me, may be off a bit on the 7 a bit. Stock looking steel rim, not a rally style with a wider hoop.

    Hard to find then, throw in the passage of 45 years and located in Australia could make it fun to find but a nice find if you could.

    And yes to our friends in the US, Canadian cars are different from US. Currently running a 64 Malibu that has many unique components. No LeMans here at that time, Beaumonts instead, regrilled and dashed Chevelles are a example.
