Do yourself a favor and buy '67 6-banger/'67SS engine rip-apart rubber mounts and drill a 3/8" hole through the middle of each of them, then 45 degree countersink the tight side and the bolt back together each using Grade-8 45 degree bolt hardware and you will be fine using stock GM frame mounts.

I did this way back before I received GM's rubber motor mount recall letter and ran mine on three different engines back then fine.

Old-School as all get-out but does FINE!!

In fact, I have full poly under my 496 and wished I'd used NOS rip-apart rubber mounts like I did way back then because I would gain like at least a 1/2" to maybe 3/4" hood air cleaner top clearance IF my BB pan wouls clear my S/F at the front pan sump?
