Man that is one beautiful coupe! Ive been considering the 3.54 gear for my project myself. I saw Getz makes a 3.20 something gear also. Is that too much for Flathead? Hope Im not hijacking your post, been wondering this myself.

 

i was gonna go 3.20 also but i think thats a little tall for a mild flathead..i still wanted to have a little low end pull.. with a 3.54 you have a better all around gear through town and still go 70 on the hwy..

SO LazyV8, how's it driving??? I have a 3.54 Banjo built for my '35 and want to know how you like it. Oh by the way, the hood looks awesome. Best looking '39 ever.
