CARS at the drive-in CHICAGO

What a coincidence!

I already had a cruise to Cars in Chicago in the works.

Saturday night.
McHenry Drive in.

That's all the plans I had so far...

 

Just saw that the drive-in in West Chicago or thereabouts on North Ave had Cars! Might take the ragtop to that one!

 

OK.
Saturday in Chicago is Mods vs. Rockers, a scooter/motorcycle show, etc.
I wanted to see at least some of it & my nephew's b'day party is earlier.

To make a short story long, Drive-In Friday.

Location undecided.

I know there was an incredible response, but, due to an axle mfr screwup, no '56 to cruise in.

Hey, who would be interested in getting together at the drive-in in West Chicago to see Cars?

The drive in is on North Avenue (Route 64) about 1 mile east of the corner of Route 59 and Route 64.

As for which evening.....I'm up for either Friday or Saturday, with a preference for Friday.

This might actually be the first car event that the War Department (aka "the wife") is excited about.

Look for a silver '56 Coupe DeVille. Or better yet, listen for it cuz I ain't got time to sort out the exhaust system.

I wanted to go, but we are moving the shop this weekend. My parents will be in town, so I figured they could drive my chevelle and we'd take the coupe. Not going to happen though.

It looks like the movie Cars ends today at that drive-in in West Chicago.

Although, it does not mention the movies scheduled for this coming weekend.
