Condor is truly my hero. seeing his work has inspired me to get even more creative and do some realy wild paint... now i just have to find the time.

Went to an art gallery my friend runs,and ran in to a painter named Ramon,who says he's been painting cars anbd bikes and everything in between for 30 years,don't have any pics of his automotive work,but here's some of his art pieces at the gallery:

The paint on the vert is awesome, but I could stare at the roof picture and never get tired of it!

 

This thread inspired me to paint my daughters first car in a candy. I also used some lace, some scallops , dragon scales and some panel fades. I hope she likes it because I have like 35hrs in this car so far. I think it is either a 1936-38 Chrysler or <ST1Essex</ST1 if you know for sure please let me know. I am converting it to a stroller.

btw: my daughter is about 17 days away from being born.

it was overcast when i took these picks with my phone. i have some turned stainless oven burner covers that i plan to trim down to use as moon discs. i will try to get some better picks. this was my first attempt at any of these methods. i think i mixed the candy to dark and used to many coats. she will never know the differance.

i wont forget the white wall, did you notice the tires have a pie crust type sidewall tread...
