Absolutely. Post them up !
Holy crap ! That's moving ! You got any pictures of the car and setup, Bill ? If so, I'd love to see them.
That's too cool ! I'd like to see some of them too. What's your website, Twisted ?
My dad has been looking for a Diamond T pickup cab to build a little hot rod pickup for a while and just couldn't ever find one, so I gave him my '37 Ford pickup cab and bed. Well he found a Diamond T cab a week or so ago and the 6 cylinder in the video will be going in it with a Richmond 5 speed behind it. Tear down of the cab has commenced. There's some replacement panels that need to be made, but my dad is retired and can do whatever he wants all day, so that means he gets to play with his hot rods as much as he can stand it ! I'll keep you guys posted !
In that video it went 11.03@118, a week or so later it went 10.96@120 those times were with 55mm side draft webers.. I have some new video with HOLMAN/MOODY single 4 0n it and it went 11.14@118...
You can put these videos on there if you can.. I have to put the video together on one tape to send you..(VHS)
I'd like to thank all of you guy for the complements on my car!!!!
VERY bad ass ! You are very welcome and thank YOU for posting the videos and chiming in on the thread !

Any one have any info. on mating a 250 inline 6 w/ T-5 S-10 Trans set-up? Maybe a (step by step) with pictures?
this is the 200 in my bird...264 clifford cam, 1.6:1 rockers, fully blueprinted clifford head, pertronix ignition, and three weber 34ict's on an offy intake
Hay man love the 300 6 Got one in my 36PU Makes 322ci with 455 olds pistons Hulman/moody cam. Got a neat trick u can do with a fuel injected manifold we can talk about. Good luck & God bless
Hay man U could do alot worse. The 300 6 is Vary strong motor. Lots of them aroundGood supply of speed parts to & you can use any trans u want...4spd 3speed c4 c6 small block even a 5 speed Got bult one in my 36PU. Talk to me I can give u some pointers be giad to.Good luck & GOD bless
I used a 4.3,,tossed the throttle body and all those wires cause I had no idea where to connect everything. Installed Edelbrock carb, manifold and aircleaner..Just thought it looked more hotrod,,,and it was a rebuilt motor in a blazer,,got the whole truck for $150,,,used the rearend also in my truck.
Last I checked the 4.3 is not in a row.
good point, they are in 2 rows on the 4.3 and if i were to do it again which i am i'll go with the one row 6. There are less issues with exhaust and steering shaft clearances with an inline
Amen to that brother. The SBC has been done over& over so many times I dont even look any more . Now a hot 6 draws attention
Ya i do like the 300 6,,had them in my previous and current daily driver. Dress 'em up with a Clifford intake or i also saw one with dual webers,,not sure of the maker but looked slick.
There were a nice assortment of inline engines (mostly inline 6) at this 'show' last weekend:
06.16.12 - Inliners International, SoCal Chapter
Inlines give me wood !!!
A bit off the wall, but might end up in something rather than sitting on the floor of the shed.
73 Volvo 6, 175 hp , originally injected now with Penta 170 triple carbs, injection split exhaust manifolds, good size clutch, from our old family driver circa late 80s.
Speaking of Volvo 6's.
I have a '92 Volvo DOHC 6 all alloy block/head.
Looks like it's going to go in my '53 Morris J type van.
Increase original HP tenfold.
Please list the year of engine and could a mechanical pump be used in this case?
Sorry ... no vid's to share. But here's a photo -- at least -- of my brother Richard's 292 in his `52 Chevy
Well hello! Where has this thread been hiding?! It's the Cat's Pajamas!!!!
Ron "Arpee" Plender has a hot 50 Chevy drag pickup with a well massaged 292.
Great thread!! Heres a few pics of my 63 belair. Its stock so far except the homemade header i built from clifford flanges and some food grade stainless pipe i got from a buddy. Its gettin dual carbs a cam an lump ports soon. With a 3" straight exhaust that comes out behind thefront wheel it sounds like a pissed off tractor!!! I love 6 bangers!!!
