Hot Rods Can you ID this axle?

I was looking at a Model A the other day and it had this axle sitting under it. Its not the greatest picture, but the battery died soon after. There was a mount for 4 bolts still on the ball on the wish bone. I was just wondering what year it might be from. I didn't have a tape measure either!

It looks to be about a 37-38.

 

Top 37-41, bottom 33-36, it's the lower.
